Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have 24 hours upon delivery to submit photos via email to info@powpieceofwork.com of the item(s).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We cannot offer exchanges at this time.
Refunds
We offer store credit for all accepted returns. Once your return has been accepted you will be notified via email with your store credit code.
